David Yeomans

Owner

David Yeomans has been part of Rose Memorial Park since he arrived in Fort Bragg in 1977.  He was in junior high school at the time and helped his uncle.  David’s mother’s family has been involved with the cemetery since the early 1950’s.  He has been married to Eve Yeomans for nearly 22 years.  Eve and David have two sons, Jesse 19 and Henry 16.  Jesse is off to college;
Henry is busy at Fort Bragg High School.
“This place, the cemetery, is very special.  For over thirty years I have been able to work in the most beautiful spot in Fort Bragg.  I can walk out of my office and see the ocean.  I can look North and the Pudding Creek estuary reveals the wonders of nature.  Birds abound with the changing seasons.  I have been able to plant many trees and watch them grow to maturity.  I have also been able to help multiple generations of families work thru one of the more difficult times in their lives.  I feel like I have had a positive impact on my community thru my work at the cemetery.”
